We provide services on a freelance basis and aim to deliver professional, timely, and high-quality work based on project requirements agreed upon with clients.
 
No payments are processed through this website.

All invoicing and payment arrangements are handled externally through direct communication with the client.
We strive to deliver professional, timely, and high-quality work as per the agreed project scope.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
 

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion.

  • Respond promptly to communications, approvals, or feedback.

  • Ensure they have the rights or permissions for any materials (images, logos, content) provided for the project.

3. Project Delivery & Revisions

  • Project timelines will be communicated in advance.

  • Revisions are provided as per the agreed project scope.

  • Additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Payments

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed terms (50% upfront, 50% upon delivery, or as otherwise stated in the agreement).

  • Delayed payments may result in a pause of work until payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Sparkova Creative retains the rights to original templates, designs, and content until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables.

  • Clients retain ownership of any materials they provide to Sparkova Creative.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Sparkova Creative is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., exact SEO rankings or social media engagement) as results depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive project information.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Sparkova Creative reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

  • The effective date at the top reflects the latest version.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be addressed in the jurisdiction of Noida
